Typical Defects and Key Points Management for Manufacturing Chain of Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgear

近年来,因工艺、材料、机械等方面原因导致的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的缺陷比例逐步增大,针对此,阐述了高压组合电器制造过程中导体焊接、涂敷作业、紧固作业的典型缺陷。结合事故实例,通过过程描述及原因分析,指出在制造各环节可能出现的安全隐患并提出管控办法。

In recent years, defect ratio of gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear （GIS） caused for reasons of process, mate- rials, machineries and so on is gradually increasing. Therefore, this paper states typical defects of conductor welding, coating operation and fastening operation in the course of manufacturing of high voltage GIS. Combining with accidental exampies, it describes and analyzes reasons for defects, points out probable security hidden dangers in all links and presents management measures.
