摘要 传统的绝缘子憎水性检测采用人工带电作业方式,不仅耗时费力,而且存在一定的安全隐患,为此设计了一种基于旋翼无人机的憎水性检测装置。利用旋翼无人机搭载的电动喷水装置、GoPro微型数码摄像机和图像传输设备,对输电线路绝缘子进行喷水、拍摄、图像传输等高空操作;然后在地面站通过图像处理软件分析绝缘子憎水性等级,其中主观判别采用喷水分级法,客观判别采用改进形状因子法。采用该装置对4组绝缘子进行憎水性测试,主观判别与客观判别所得结果一致。测试效果表明该装置能提高检测效率、准确性和安全性。 Traditional detection method for hydrophobicity of the insulator adopts artificial charged operation which is not only time-consuming and strenuous but also there are security hidden dangers. Therefore, this paper designs a kind of detec- tion device for hydrophobicity based on rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) which firstly uses electro-driven water spray device, GoPro micro digital camera and image transmission equipment carried by rotor UAV to conduct high altitude opera- tion for the power transmission line insulator such as water spray, filming, image transmission, and so on. This detection de- vice then uses image processing software to analyze hydrophobicity level of the insulator at the ground station, thereinto it u- ses water spray classification for subjective discrimination while improved shape factor method for objective discrimination. This device is used for hydrophobicity testing on four groups of insulators. Results of subjective discrimination and objective discrimination are consistent, which indicates that this device is able to improve detection efficiency, veracity and security.
