Study on the Upgrading of Circulation Industry of China

流通产业升级是充分发挥其就业效应的重要基础,是应对经济全球化、加快经济和社会发展的现实需要。我国流通产业升级面临着结构性矛盾突出、组织化程度不高、信息化水平较低、流通秩序混乱、流通企业竞争力差等制约因素。因此,着力推进流通产业技术创新、提高产业组织化程度、优化空间网络布局、改善产业发展环境,是促进我国流通产业升级的主要对策。

The upgrading of circulation industry is the important basis of giving full play of its employment effect, it is also the realistic demand to cope with the economic globalization, as well as speeding up the economic and social development. At present, the circulation industry upgrading in China is facing serious problems, such as structural contradictions, low organizational degree, the lower information level, disordered circulation and poor competitiveness. Thus, making great efforts to promote technology innovation,enhancing industrial organization degree, optimizing the space network layout and improving the development environment are the main countermeasures to promote upgrading of circulation industry in China.
