摘要
基于京津冀地区13个城市的面板数据,考虑非期望产出的环境负面效益,运用SBM模型对该地区2004-2013年来城市工业用水效率进行时空差异分析。结果表明:京津冀地区整体工业用水效率呈"N"字形的上升趋势,年平均增长率为3%;邯郸、邢台等地工业用水效率波动明显,平均上涨率和下降率为24.7%和19.4%,时空差异较大;经济、社会和环境等因素对用水效率的影响效果各有不同,具体作用机理存在一定的差别。
Based on the data of 13 cities in the Jing -Jin -Ji region, considering the unexpected output of negative environmental benefit, using the SBM model we analyzed the temporal and spatial differences of urban industrial water consumption efficiency from 2004 to 2013. The result showed that the urban industrial water consumption efficiency in Jing - Jin - Ji region as a whole was rising on the average annual growth rate of 3% and the changing trend looked like "N". Industrial water consumption efficiency of Handan and Xingtai fluctuated significantly with the average rate of rise and fall being 24.7% and 19.4%, the temporal and spatial differences were bigger. The factors of economic, social and environmental had different effects on the industrial water consumption efficiency and the specific mechanism existed a certain differences.
