摘要
科学合理地估算农村居民点整理的现实潜力,有助于土地整治规划的科学编制。文中以和林格尔县为例,采用人均建设用地标准法,从引导和限制两个互斥面建立了综合评价指标体系并逐级开展农村居民点整理的估值修正,同时对各层级的修正系数进行关联分析,以期获得更加贴近的农村居民点整理潜力。结果表明:1)和林格尔县各乡镇综合修正系数介于0.0558~0.1179之间,呈现出较为显著的区域差异;2)和林格尔县农村居民点整理面积经综合修正后,可净增加耕地面积508.19hm^2,修正后增加的耕地系数为9.37%;2)绝大多数分项修正系数与综合修正系数有较高的贴近值,其中引导性、限制性分别与综合修正系数的关联值为0.8911和0.7443。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the realistic potential of land consolidation reasonable, which is a significant contribution to the scientific establishment of land renovation plan, especially to increase cultivated land and ensure food security. Method was employed to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of spatial orderliness based on per capita construction land standard method to calculate the realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas from two mutually exclusive of guidance and restriction, and the correction coefficient of realistic potential was analyzed using the grey correlation method from different layers. The results show that the integrated correction coefficient of realistic potential of various towns in Horinger county is 0. 0558 - 0.117, which is present a more significant regional differences. The realistic potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas of Horinger county is 508.19 hm^2 by multiplying correction coefficients and the coefficient of cultivated land increase potential is 9.37%. The vast majority of subentry correction coefficient and comprehensive revision coefficient is close to the high value. The associated value between the comprehensive correction coefficient and instructive correction coefficient or and restrictive correction coefficient is 0.8911 and 0. 7443 respectively.
