新丝路经济带地区的能源与碳效率分析 被引量:3

Research on regional energy and carbon efficiency of the New Silk Road Economic Belt

摘要 利用2000-2013年新丝路经济带重点涉及的我国东北、西北、西南地区各省级层面的数据,运用随机前沿分析和超越对数生产函数模型对这些省份的能源效率、碳效率进行测算,并从时间序列和地区差异分别进行对比研究。结果显示,各省份的能源效率和碳效率均不同速度逐年提升,但效率呈现显著的地区差异,西南地区两种效率均高于东北地区、西北地区。依据不同效率情况运用系统聚类方法将研究省份分成四种类型,针对不同地区、不同类型省份提出相应的政策建议,旨在为各省节能减排、提高效率提供参考。 This research applied stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) and trans -log production function model to calculate the energy efficiency and carbon efficiency of eleven key provinces along the New Silk Road Economic Belt from 2000 to 2013, involving northeast, northwest and southwest part of China. Then, we took energy and carbon factors into account to define and analyze the comprehensive efficiencies of those provinces. From time and region perspective, we discussed the efficiencies of different provinces development trend and regional differences respectively. These effieiencies of various provinces all had an increasing tendency at different rates. The result indicated that there were significant regional differences of efficiencies in those provinces. All efficiencies of the southwest region were higher than that in the northeast and northwest region. Based on the estimated results and different efficiencies, the regions discussed are classified into four types. Concerning different provinces and regional classification, we put forward the corresponding policy aiming at providing reference for the energy conservation and emissions reduction as well as the efficiency improvement.
