水稻秸秆还田对崇明盐碱地土壤酶活性和微生物数量的影响 被引量:19

The influence of rice straw return on soil enzyme activity and microorganism in Chong Ming saline-alkali

摘要 为了研究水稻秸秆还田后对土壤酶以及土壤微生物数量的影响,文中以崇明滩盐碱土壤酶和微生物量为研究对象,利用田间试验方法,对不同秸秆还田量以及不同泡水时间的土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、脲酶进行了测定,另外还利用稀释平板法对土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌进行了测定。结果发现:S1W1、S2W3处理均极大提高了土壤尿酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,促进了土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的增长;脲酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性显著负相关,S3W4、S2W3、S2W1、S3W3能极大提高土壤中脲酶的活性,而S1W2、S1W1、S2W2、S3W1、S2W3极大提高过氧化氢酶的活性。通过文中研究的结果,得到了水稻秸秆还田的科学还田量以及水淹时间,这为合理利用水稻秸秆资源提供科学依据。 In order to study the influence of rice straw return on soil enzyme activity and microorganism amount in ChongMing beach, we studied the catalase, phosphatase and urease under different amount of straws returning to field and different submerge time by using field experiment method and also studied the soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes by using the dilution - plate method in saline - alkali ChongMing beach. We found that the treatments of S1W1 and S2W3 greatly increased the catalase, phosphatase and urease activities and also increased the growth of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes; the activities of catalase was negative correlation with phosphatase, the treatments of S3W4, S2W3, S2W1 and S3W3 could increased the soil urease activity greatly. Through our study, we get the science quantity of rice straw returning and submerge time. It provided scientific basis for the rational utilization of rice straw resources.
