氙灯老化对鞋类产品主要性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了考察鞋类产品受光照、雨淋等老化因素的影响,选取3种不同种类的成鞋进行氙灯加速老化试验。用颜色变化、耐折性能、耐磨性能、硬度、撕裂力等鞋类产品主要性能变化,来评价鞋类的抗老化能力。试验结果表明,在经过336h老化后,旅游鞋和登山鞋性能下降明显,老化前、后性能变化率最高达到-80%;在经过168h老化后皮鞋性能下降明显,老化前、后性能变化率最高达到-65.7%;在经过168h老化后,帮面材料撕裂力的变化率最高达到-43.7%。本研究建立了成鞋氙灯加速老化试验方法,为科学、客观的评价鞋类产品的质量和使用寿命,提供可靠的检测依据。 Three different kinds of shoe products were selected to carry out the Xenon lamp accelerated aging test, in order to investigate the influencing factors during shoes aging process. The aging resistance properties were evaluated by the indicators such as color change, flexing resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness, tear strength, etc. The results show that the properties of ath- letic shoes and hiking shoes decreases significantly after 336h aging test, and the biggest changing rate in properties is up to 80% The properties of leather shoes decreases significantly after 168h aging test, and the biggest properties changing rate reaches a maximum of 65.7%. The biggest changing rate of tearing force of upper material can reach 43.7% after 168h aging test. This study establishes Xenon lamp accelerated aging test method for the whole shoe products and provides a reliable detection basis for scientific and objective evaluation of the quality and service life of the footwear products.
