摘要
根据生命周期评价的原理及理论框架,采用e Balance软件对制革过程中浸水、脱毛、主鞣、复鞣4个主要工段进行了生命周期评价。环境影响评价指标选取了酸化潜值(AP)、化学需氧量(COD)、富营养化潜值(EP)、全球变暖潜值(GWP)、氨氮(NH3—N)和淡水消耗量6个指标,进行了特征化、归一化和节能减排综合指标值(ECER)的计算。结果表明:主鞣工段对环境的影响最大,为制革行业的清洁生产提供了参考依据。
Based on the principle and the theory of life cycle assessment, the eBalance software was used to evaluate the leather making process including soaking, unhairing, tanning and retanning. The acidification potential (AP), COD, eutrophication potential ( EP), global warming potential ( GWP), NH3-N, fresh water consumption were used as the indicators of the environmental impact assessment. Based on these indicators, the characteristics, normalization and comprehensive index value of energy saving and emission reduction (ECER) of these indicators were calculated. The results show that the main tanning section has the biggest impact on the environment. It provides a reference for the clean production of leather making industry.
