摘要
建立了皮革中2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)含量的夜相色谱(HPLC)测试方法。采用超声波辅助乙腈对样品进行萃取,重复萃取1次,萃取时间60min,萃取液经膜过滤后,采用带预净化柱的HPLC进行测试,检测波长λ=320nm,流动相为v(乙腈)/v(水)=70/30,等梯度洗脱。方法的检测限为10mg/kg,回收率在93%~103%之间,精密度在3%~9%之间。对20块皮革样品中MBT含量进行测试,样品检出率为30%,含量在37—137mg/kg之间。
The procedure was established for determining 2 - benzothiazolethiol (MBT) in leather by HPLC analysis. MBT in leather was eluted with ultrasound enhanced acetonitrile extraction in two consecutive steps within 60 min. The extraction solution was then filtered by membrane and detected by HPLC with pre - cleaning column. The detector wavelength is 320 nm, and the mobile phase is acetonitrile and water with their proportion of 70:30 (v/v) at a constant rate. The detection limit is 10 mg,/kg. The recovery rate is at the range of 93% - 103% and the precision is between 3% - 9%. 20 pieces of leather samples are tested and 30% are found containing MBT with the concentration of 37 - 137mg/kg.
