摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为硬段,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇及蓖麻油(C.O)作为软段,用丙酮法制得一系列水性蓖麻油基聚氨酯乳液(CWPU-1、CWPU-2、CWPU-3、CWPU-4、CWPU-5、CWPU-6,数字表示蓖麻油添加量占总体质量的百分比)。并采用红外光谱、热失重(TG)、X射线(XRD)及原子力显微镜(AFM)分析研究了聚合体系的结构及性能。结果表明:当C.O用量为3%时,胶膜水接触角由未改性的65.5°增加至98.4°,吸水率由未改性的9.0%降低到3.2%,耐水性得到明显改善,胶膜拉伸强度达到12.48MPa;XRD、AFM及TG测试表明:胶膜的结晶度增加,结晶形式发生了微小程度的转变,聚合物存在不均匀的多相结构。TG测试表明,改性后胶膜耐热性得到明显提高。
A series of caster oil - based waterborne polyurethane ( CWPU - 1, CWPU - 2, CWPU - 3, CWPU - 4, CWPU - 5, CWPU -6, digital display caster oil content percentage of overall quality) were prepared by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) , polyethylene tetrahydrofuran ( Mn = 2000) and caster oil ( C. O) as raw materials, fdihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophilic monomer. Structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by FT - IR, TG, XRD and AFM. The results show that the water contact angle is increased from 65.5° to 98.4° when the content of C. O is 3%. Water absorption is reduced from 9. 0% to 3.2%, water repellency is significantly improved. And the tensile strength is 12. 48 MPa. XRD, AFM and TG results show that multiphase structure exists in the caster oil -based polyurethane, the thermal stability and crystallinity of CWPU glue film is increased .
