原核微生物之菌和微菌

Species and Genera of Bios(bius-um-a) and Microbium in Prokaryotes

本文明确了对于现行中文对原核微生物习惯命名中的虚字"菌"字,在定义希腊文名词bios和新拉丁文名词bius-um-a时可具有实际意义。与微(micro/mikros)组合时,表示有尺寸特征,但这种特征与其他原核微生物的尺寸区别不大,有待实践中进一步细化。本文总结80多属460多种和亚种的微生物,提出命名法能够表达的微生物特征层次,进一步明确这些种属的细菌属性,以促进国内外交流。

This paper clarifies that the Chinese character ＂ 菌（Jun） ＂ which usually as a functional word in Chinese term of Microbiology has the actual meaning in defining the Greek noun bios and New Latin noun bius-um-a.When it combines with ＂ 微（Wei） ＂（micro / mikros） to deliver further size of microorganisms although it is yet ambiguous and waiting for refining the size standard to make clear distinguish from other prokaryotes.This paper also proposes Chinese character ＂ Sheng＂ instead of ＂ Jun＂ in this case to reveal and define more than four hundred and sixty species and subspecies in eighties genera for their evolutionary domain of bacteria definitely,to standardize layers of meaning for each vocabulary in the binomial nomenclature in order to promote communication between at home and abroad.
