On the growing Chinese musical theatre profession

笔者谈不上是音乐剧制作的专家，擅长的是剧院管理方面的工作，不过有幸证了中国剧院行业最近几十年的发展历程。

There is tremendous potential in the size of the Chinese musical theatre market because of the nation's population as well as levels of disposable income.This is a nascent industry that will surely grow,but it should grow at a sustainable pace.Once we find the correct path,there's going to be a beautiful future for Chinese musical theatre.
