摘要
城乡规划学科以城市这一典型动态复杂系统为研究对象,其发展一直吸收借鉴社会科学和工程技术学科最新成果。当今信息计算技术发展的两个重要分支——云计算和超级计算,与规划学科当今注重公共政策属性和大数据深度应用的发展趋势高度契合,将成为规划社科政襄和系统模拟预测两大研究视角走向整合的重要机遇。本文从分析云计算与超级计算技术的基本特征和规划行业应用前景出发,进而提出“云+超算”实现精准化的思路,并通过国内外典型应用案例分析对今后深入研究发展方向进行展望。目的是梳理并拓展规划行业新技术应用视野和思路,为相关领域的创新实践路径选择提供参考。
In order to facilitate better understanding on the complex and dynamic research objectives, cities, urban planning is always incorporating the latest findings in sociology and engineering throughout its development. Two of the current development branches of information and computer technology, cloud computing and high performance computing, are bringing about great opportunities to integrate the major planning perspectives of sociological policies as well as systematical modeling and estimations, due to their high correspondence in the development trends of planning as public policy as well as big data supported planning. This article starts with discussion on basic factors of cloud computing and high performance computing, then continues with the future possibilities for the above two computing technologies' application in town and rural planning. Domestic and international practices of such possibilities are illustrated following the discussion. The aim of this paper is to clarify and demonstrate such new trajectories for new technology integration and innovation of the town and rural planning.
