秀山县城区小汽车停车场现状问题分析及对策建议

The Problems and Countermeasures for Parking Lot in Urban Areas of Xiushan County

随着城市化进程的加快和社会经济的提高，机动车数量急剧增加，小汽车作为重要的交通工具，其出行比例逐年增加，小汽车保有量与停车泊位之间供需矛盾逐渐凸显。目前停车难问题不仅存在于大城市，而且已经向秀山县等中小城镇蔓延。停车设施配置已不适应当前社会经济发展，另外车辆乱停放不仅影响了道路通行，而且对城市环境、公共安全、社会治安等方面产生了消极影响。本文为合理配置秀山县城区的停车资源，在停车现状调查分析及评价的基础上，结合国内外的停车发展经验，提出秀山县城的停车发展战略，以应对日益严峻的停车难问题，同时也为其他中小城市停车发展提供借鉴及参考。

With the speeding up of urbanization and the improvement of social economy, the number of vehicles has increased dramatically. Cars, as an important means of transportation, increase year by year. The contradiction between the total volume of car ownership and parking lot has become increasingly prominent. The parking problem has been spread from big cities to small and medium-sized towns, such as Xiushan. The parking facility configuration has not been suitable for the social and economic development. The disorderly parking of vehicles is serious, not only affecting the road passage, traffic safety, but also the city environment, public security and so on. In this paper, the author puts forward the parking development strategy for Xiushan County on the basis of investigation and evaluation, combining with the experience of development in parking lot at home and abroad in order to reasonably allocate parking resources in Xiushan County downtown. It aims to solve the increasingly severe parking problem, as well as to provide reference for other small and medium-sized cities.
