华北(甲)一八五五部队正式设立时间考证——基于日本新发现的细菌战档案调查与研究

关于第一八五五部队的历史沿革问题,是研究日本细菌战史的重要内容。囿于部队的绝密性和隐蔽性,且相关证据链缺失致使相关研究难以深入开展。2015年,笔者赴日本国立公文书馆、京都府立医科大学等地开展调研,发现了部分有关一八五五部队档案的线索信息,包括一八五五部队的略历、业务详报及命令文件等。这些档案作为鲜为人知的新资料、新证据,具有重大的学术研究价值,是对国内所藏资料的重要补充,也为厘清一八五五部队的历史沿革找到了新的突破点。依据最新发现的日文档案和历史照片,可以重新考证一八五五部队正式设立的时间,最终将其认定为1940年3月23日。

The history of Unit 1855 is an important part of Japanese biological warfare . It＇ s hard to do further research, because of Unit 1855＇ s secrecy and concealment, lack of evidence chain. In 2015, I had been to National Archives of Japan and Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine ,and found a part of information of Unit 1855 ＇ s ar- chives. It include war record, business report and orders. These files have great academic value as rarely known new materials, new evidence. On the one hand, it was an important supplement to domestic materials. On the other hand , it provides a new breakthrough point to the Unit 1855 ＇ s history. According to the newly discovered archives and historical photos, Unit 1855＇s formal establishment time will be identified as March 23. 1940
