伪满洲国的殖民统治机构剖析

伪满洲国成立后,日本关东军为了使占领后的东北地区成为其永久的殖民地,从一开始就制定了一系列严密的组织人事制度,从组织上对伪满政权进行全面的“内部指导”。伪满洲国统治机构的设置、人事制度的建立,都是根据日本侵略者对东北的殖民统治需要,参照日本国内各级行政机构设置的。本文仅就伪满洲国的组织机构、人事安排、日本官吏等方面问题进行解读。

After the establishment of the puppet Manchukuo, the Japanese Kwantung Army , after the occupa- tion in order to make Northeast China become a permanent colony, from the outset, developed a series of tight or- ganization and personnel system, from the organization , gave Manchukuo regime comprehensive ＂internal guide＂. Setting and establishing of the system of personnel of the puppet Manchukuo ruling institutions , were based on the need of colonial rule of Japanese invaders in northeast China , refer to Japanese domestic administrative bodies at all levels. This article will discuss the puppet Manchukuo organization, personnel arrangements, and other aspects of Japanese officials .
