摘要
目的探讨疝钩针在缝合腹腔镜穿刺孔中的应用。方法应用腹腔镜小儿疝手术所用的钩针,对2014年1月至2014年12月河南大学第一附属医院70例腹腔镜手术行穿刺孔缝合关闭。结果术后无穿刺孔出血、穿刺孔感染并发症发生,随访6个月至1年无穿刺孔疝形成。结论应用疝钩针行腹腔镜穿刺孔缝合关闭,明显降低穿刺孔出血、穿刺孔感染、穿刺孔疝形成等穿刺孔并发症的发生概率,是一种安全性高、效果确切的有效手段,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To explore the application of hernia needle in suturing laparoscopic puncture hole. Methods Puncture holes of 70 cases, which were operated from January 2014 to December 2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University, were closed by the hernia needle. Results No postoperative complications of puncture hole occurred in the patients with bleeding and infection, and no hernia of puncture hole occurred during the followed up for six months to 1 year. Conclusion Application of hernia needle in suturing laparoscopic puncture hole, which can significantly reduce the risk of complications of puncture hole bleeding, puncture hole infection, puncture hole hernia, is a safe, effective means of the exact effect, it is worth in clinical application.
