摘要 以AT-MEGA16A单片机为控制器,以BOSCH的DV-E5型号节气门为控制对象,设计并开发了电子节气门的测控系统。该测控系统由油门踏板、主控芯片、电机驱动电路、节气门等部分组成,并采用C语言开发了单片机控制软件,采用LABVIEW软件开发了监控界面。实验结果表明,该测控系统较好的提高了节气门的控制精度和响应速度,有利于提高汽车的燃油经济性和操控性能。 The design and development of the electronic throttle control system is based on the AT-MEGA16A single-chip microcomputer and BOSCH of DV-E5 throttle. The measurement .and control system consists of gas pedal, master control chip, motor drive circuit and electronic throttle. The development of control program is based on C language, and the design of monitor interface is based on LABVIEW. The experimental results show that the measurement and control system 'improves the precision and response speed of throttle, which can improve the fuel economy of vehicles and handling performance.
