摘要
依据汽车维修服务绩效评价理论,从提高顾客满意度出发找出绩效评价的指标,建立汽车维修服务绩效评价体系;运用AHP方法,计算汽车维修服务绩效评价体系中各级各项指标权重,从而分析得出影响汽车维修服务质量的主要影响因素,构建完整的汽车维修服务绩效评价体系。
According to the performance evaluation theory of auto repair service, the performance evaluation indexes were found out for improving customers＇ satisfaction, and the auto repair service performance evaluation system was built. With AHP, all levels of various index weight calculation of auto repair service performance evaluation system were built up. Then the study of the main factors influencing the service quality of auto repair was concluded and the complete system of Auto rePair service evaluation was constructed.
