摘要
为优化露天煤矿高台阶爆破装药结构,对现有高台阶爆破装药结构进行调查,结合矿区的地质特征、岩体构造、岩石的物理力学特性及装载设备等方面,分析得出不同的方案。根据理论分析结果,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行爆破数值模拟。结果表明,高台阶爆破采用空气间隔装药优于连续装药,取得较高的经济效益。
In order to optimize the high bench blasting charge structure in open-pit coal mine, the article investigates the existing high bench blasting charge structure. Combining with the geological characteristics, rock mass structure, physical and mechanical properties of rock and loading equipment, the author analyzes the different schemes. According to the theoretical analysis results, the mine uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to carry out blasting numerical simulation. The results show that the high bench blasting with air interval charge is better than continuous charge , which obtains higher economic benefits.
