摘要
激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术具有非接触测量、无须样品预处理以及快速多元素同时分析等特点,经过适当的保护可以适用于高温、高压等复杂环境等。以激光诱导击穿光谱透镜组为研究对象,利用矢量旋转建立了误差分析模型,给出了透镜组安装误差造成的影响,并利用得到的结果提出改进方法,降低折射光路的误差。
Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technology has the non-contact measurement, without sample pretreatment and rapid multi-element analysis and so on, through appropriate protection may be suitable for high temperature, high pressure and other complex environment. In this paper, laser induced breakdown spectrosco- py lens group for the study, the use of vector rotation error analysis model was established, given the influence of mounting error caused by lens group. The results obtained suggest improvements and the use of methods to reduce the refractive error of the light path.
