摘要
利用仿真软件AMESim针对铁路货车120型分配阀的制动执行过程建立模型,在其多级制动的工况下进行仿真。建立货车制动过程中副风缸-制动缸动态特性数学模型,采用Simulink进行编译,并根据其曲线验证该模型的正确性,说明AMESim与Simulink在轨道车辆制动研究方面进行联合仿真的应用可行性。
Using the simulation software AMESim, a model on the process of braking execution for railway freight 120 type distributing valve is established and simulated under its muhi-level braking conditions. The braking process of truck auxiliary air cylinder-brake cylinder is assumed to be a dynamic characteristic mathematics pattern and simulated by Simulink in this model. This thesis is devoted to the verification of the model correctness according to the final simu- lation curve and the feasibility of applying in rail vehicle brake research co-simulated by AMESim and Simulink.
