摘要
在X射线在食品异物检测领域的工程应用背景下,针对传统图像处理算法中的Canny算子阈值需要手工设定的缺点,提出了一种具有自适应阈值的改进的边缘检测算法。搭建了硬件系统,对X光图片进行特征提取和识别,结合支持向量机方法判断是否存在异物,达到了预期的检测目标。
In the background that X-ray has been applied in the field of food impurity detection, the traditional image processing algorithm of Canny operator need to set the threshold manually. In view of this shortcoming, a kind of improved adaptive threshold edge detection algorithm is proposed. With the hardware system set up, the X-ray im- age feature extraction and recognition, combined with the support vector machine method is used to determine whether there is a foreign body, and this achieve the desired goals.
