边疆外交是边疆研究领域中的重要范畴,良性边疆外交则是中国同周边国家开展良性外交的最直接体现。良性边疆外交的建构,将承载着"一带一路"建设"中国梦"航帆,对持久性中国战略利益枢纽安全的防御性护航使命,对于中国边疆地区之软实力工程建设意义重大。
Frontier diplomacy is an important category in the field of frontier research. Positive frontier diplomacy is the most direct embodiment of China with neighboring countries for positive diplomacy. It will carry the ＂Chinese Dream＂ on the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ that sails on the defensive escort mission of security for persistent Chinese strategic interests pivots. And it is of great significance for China＇s soft power construction of border areas.
