摘要
当前,在我国养老服务深化发展中,机构养老一床难求与床位空置、居家社区养老服务供需不平衡等结构性矛盾不断凸显。本文通过分析我国养老服务的需求和供给情况,以及国内部分省份养老服务融合发展模式的实践探索,提出机构社区化和社区机构化发展模式是居家、社区和机构养老服务融合发展的有效选择。
With the deepening development of China＇s elderly care service, structural contradictions in institutional care, home and community nursing service appear ceaselessly. Based on analysis of the demand and supply of elderly care in our country and the ex- ploration of some provinces in the integration development model, we propose that the community -based institution and institution - based community is an effective choice for the integration development of home, community and institutional care service.
