8例碘克沙醇静脉注射致不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 8 Adverse Drug Reactions of Iodixanol in Intravenous Injection

目的观察碘克沙醇静脉注射致不良反应情况,分析可能引起的严重后果。方法回顾性收集并分析该院2012年1月至2015年6月患者使用碘克沙醇出现不良反应的病例资料。结果 8例碘克沙醇不良反应中,过敏反应5例,呼吸系统、消化系统、心血管系统各1例。上述反应在对症治疗后好转。结论医务人员不可忽视碘克沙醇所致的不良反应。

Objective To observe the adverse reactions induced by intravenous injection of iodixanol, and to analyze its serious conse- quences. Methods The clinical data of patients having adverse reactions after using iodixanol from January 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively collectedand be analyzed. Results In the 8 cases of adverse reactions caused by iodixanol, 5 cases were allergic reactions, 1 case was respiratory system reaction, 1 case was digestive system reaction, 1 case was cardiovascular system reaction. The reactions all improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The medical staff can not ignore the adverse reactions induced by iodixanol.
