ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死患者循环血管内皮祖细胞及内皮生长因子与心功能的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死患者外周血循环血管内皮祖细胞和血清血管内皮生长因子水平与心功能不同分级的关系。方法选择2012年4月至2014年10月医院心内科确诊的sT段抬高性急性心肌梗死患者150例,采用流式细胞仪检测患者循环血管内皮祖细胞,以酶联免疫吸附法检测血管内皮生长因子的表达水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析其与心功能的关系。结果Pearson相关性分析表明,外周血循环血管内皮祖细胞和血清血管内皮生长因子水平均与心功能呈正相关(r=0.0068。P=0.001)。病程12~24h患者循环血管内皮祖细胞与血管内皮生长因子显著高于病程〈12h患者,差异显著有统计学意义(P〈0.05);病程24。48h患者循环血管内皮祖细胞与血管内皮生长因子显著高于病程14~24h患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。按心功能Killip分级,sT段抬高性急性心肌梗死患者循环血管内皮祖细胞与血管内皮生长因子水平从低到高依次为Ⅳ级〈Ⅰ级〈Ⅲ级〈Ⅱ级,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循环血管内皮祖细胞与血清血管内皮生长均与ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死发病呈正相关,心功能不全会减少循环血管内皮祖细胞与血清血管内皮生长的分泌与激活。 Objective To investigate the relationship between circulating vascular endothelial progenitor cells with vascular endothelial growth factor and cardiac function in patients with ST segment elevation of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 150 cases of patients with ST segment elevation of acute myocardial infarction in April 2012 to October 2014 in heart internal medicine department of the hospital were seleceted to collect the clinical data, and the vascular endothelial progenitor cells were detected using flow cytometry, vas- cular endothelial growth factor expression level was detected using enzymelinked immunosorbent adsorption method, and its relationship with heart function was analyzed using Pearson correlation. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that peripheral blood circulation vascular endothelial progenitor cells and serum VEGF levels were positively correlated with cardiac function(r =0. 006 8, P =0. 001). Circulating vascular endothelial progenitor cells and vascular endothelial growth factor in duration of 12 to 24 h were significantly high- er than that of course of 〈 12 h patients and difference was significantly significant difference(P 〈 0.05); Vascular endothelial progenitor ceils and vascular endothelial growth factor in course 24- 48 h was significantly higher than that of course 14- 24 h, the difference was significant( P 〈 0. 05). According to Killip classification, ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction patients vascular endothelial progenitor cells and vascular endothelial growth factor level from low to high were as follows: grade Ⅳ 〈 gradeⅠ 〈 grade Ⅲ〈 grade Ⅱ, the differences were statistically significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Circulating endothelial progenitor cells and serum vascular endothelial growth were positively correlated with ST segment elevation of acute myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency can reduce circulating endothelial progenitor cells and serum vascular endothelial growth of secretion and activation.
