民办高校立德树人的实践途径和工作机制——以西安外事学院为例

Practical Methods and Working Mechanism of Strengthening Morality Education——A Case Study of Xi'an International University

民办高校围绕"立德树人",从课堂教学育人、校园文化育人、管理服务育人、社会实践育人四个途径入手,构建特色德育体系,建立思想政治理论课"四保障"模式;实行"学院+书院"的学生教育管理;创建特色校园文化,加强大学文化建设;建立实践实训平台,开展社会实践活动,探索形成切实可行的工作机制,把立德树人贯穿于学生思想政治教育全过程,切实培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。

Focusing on＂Strengthening Morality Education＂,private colleges and universities construct a special moral education system and a four-guarantee mode of ideological and political theory course in classroom teaching,campus culture,management service and social practice.The combination of faculty and academic school is applied to manage students＇ education;special campus culture is created to reinforce university culture;aplatform for practice and training is built to boost social practice;feasible working organism has been explored.Therefore,morality education is strengthened throughout the process of students＇ ideological and political education,making it viable to nurture constructors and successors of socialist cause.
