高职院校教师幸福感的调查研究

Investigation on Teachers' Happiness in Higher Vocational College

高等职业教育已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,占据了高等教育的半壁江山,但是从事高等职业教育的教师们是否具有职业幸福感,以及幸福感水平高低如何,这是一个需要关心和研究的问题。本文通过问卷调查研究的方式,对某高职院校教师幸福感现状进行调查,分析了影响教师幸福感的因素,提出了提升高职院校教师幸福感的对策及建议。

Higher vocational education is becoming an important part of higher education in our country,whether the teachers have professional happiness or not and the level of happiness is a question should be concerned and studied.Through questionnaire,this paper investigated the teachers＇ happiness in one higher vocational college,analyzed the factors influencing teachers＇ happiness,and put forward countermeasures to improve teachers＇ happiness.
