摘要
特殊学生在身体、心理、行为习惯等方面不同于一般学生,他们的教育与管理关乎整个学校的安全稳定,应及早发现、适当干预。文中基于杨凌职业技术学院的情况,提出在新生入校后,通过写给老师的一封信、心理健康测试、体检、同学和教师的反映等途径全面筛查特殊学生;根据学生的心理和行为特点采取导师制、导师—学校学生管理部门—家长三位一体管理制,应用情境教育、特长展示、拓展训练等方法对特殊学生进行心理训练,提高他们的自信心,帮助他们健康成长成才。
Special students are different from the general students in physical,psychological and behavioral habits.Their education and management affect the safety and stability of the whole college,so they should be detected early and intervened appropriately.Based on the situation of Yangling Vocational and Technical College,the paper considers that the special students could be detected as freshmen,by a letter to the teacher,psychological test,physical examination,students' and teachers' reflection.According to the characteristics of the special students' psychology and behavior,some management systems are applied including the tutorial system and tutor-school student management department-parents trinity management system,some psychological training methods are applied such as situation-education,talent show,expanding-training and so on to enhance their self-confidence and help them to grow healthily.
