摘要
癌症非手术治疗相关的心脏结构和功能损伤常发生在治疗后早期或数月甚至数十年,严重影响癌症患者预后。早期准确诊断心脏结构功能损伤以及评价心脏损伤严重程度极为重要。超声心动图是评价心脏结构和功能损伤最主要的影像方法,对癌症非手术治疗相关的心脏并发症具有重要的诊断价值。现有超声心动图技术有可能使临床更早期、全面、准确地评估心脏损伤的严重程度,通过及时调整非手术治疗方案和提供更为精准的心脏损伤干预治疗,避免或减轻癌症患者心脏并发症发生。
The injuries of cardiac structure and function related to cancer non-surgical treatment often occur at early stage of treatment or months or even decades late, and affect the prognosis of patients with cancer seriously. Early and more accurate diagnosis of cardiac structure and function injuries and precise valuation of its severity are very important for a better clinical outcome. Eehocardio- graphy is one of the major imaging methods for visualizing the cardiac structure and function, and is valuable for the assessment of cardi ac complications related to cancer non-surgical treatment. Current and innovative echocardiographic techniques deserve the potential for an early, more comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the severity of cardiac structure and function injuries clinically, and could foster a more accurate intervention treatment of cardiac injuries, and avoid or reduce the cardiac complications in patients with cancer non-surgical treatment through the timely adjustment of non-surgical treatment.
