两种不同用药教育方式在老年高血压合并糖尿病住院患者中的应用比较 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究临床药师不同的用药教育方式对高血压合并糖尿病患者用药依从性及治疗达标率的影响。方法纳入患者高血压合并糖尿病患者100例,根据用药教育时机不同,按照简单随机法将其分为住院期间全程用药教育组(试验组)和出院当日教育组(对照组)各50例,分别在用药教育前和教育后半年对两组患者进行用药依从性和高血压、糖尿病治疗达标率的调查。结果 100例患者中,85例完成全部试验,其中试验组47例,对照组38例。试验组的高血压和血糖治疗整体依从性均较用药教育前提高,高血压和血糖治疗同时达标率提高,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论临床药师可通过个体化的用药照护,提高老年高血压合并糖尿病患者药物治疗的依从性及治疗达标率。 Objective To investigate the effect of different medication education methods on compliance and treatment success rate in patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods One hundred in-patients with diabetes and hypertension were divided into experimental group or control group, 50 in each group. The experimental group was given medication education during hospitalization while the control group was educated when discharged. Compliance and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups before half a year of education and after half a year of education. Results Of the 100 patients, 85 had completed the experiment. A- mong the 85 cases ,47 were in the experimental group and 38 were in the control group. After medication education, the overall hypertension and diabetes treatment compliance in the experimental group was improved. The good control of blood pressure and blood glucose levels was also improved. The rates were both significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 005). Conclusion The factors that influence elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes are complicated. Clinical pharmacists could improve the compliance and treatment success rate through personalized medication.
