The application of the 6S management in the operation process management of the CSSD

目的探讨6S管理在消毒供应中心作业流程管理中的应用效果。方法应用6S管理方法对2015年7～9月作业流程管理进行改进，10～12月随机抽取洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放流程的300件器械进行质量测试，并与2015年4～6月的作业流程管理质量进行比较。结果消毒供应中心实行6S管理前后洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放流程的操作合格率分别为91．75％、97．5％，不良事件发生率分别为3．24％、0．81％，临床科室满意度分别为75％、98％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论消毒供应中心应用6S管理能有效提升作业流程质量，实施过程中应注重6S环环相扣，持续改进管理质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the 6S management in the operation process management of the Central Sterile Supply Department （CSSD）. Methods The operation process management was adjusted with the 6S management during the period between July and September 2015. During the period between October and December 2015,300 pieces of equipment were randomly chosen to test the quality of washing process, packaging, sterilization and delivering. The results were compared with that during the period between April and June of the same year. Results Before and after the application of the 6S management, the pass rates in the washing process, packaging, sterilization and delivering were 91.75% and 97. 5%, respectively while the adverse event rates were 3.24% and 0. 81% , respectively. The satisfaction rates of the clinical departments were 75 % and 98 % , respectively. The all differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of the 6S management could dramatically improve the quality of the operation process management. The different stages of the 6S management should be coherent in its implement so as to improve the management efficiency.
