血液高效促凝剂的效果评估以及其对人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体检测结果的影响研究

Effect evaluation of blood high efficient coagulant and its effect on the detection of anti-HIV antibody

目的评估血液高效促凝剂的效果及其对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体检测结果的影响。方法选取我院门诊1000例体检患者,用含血液高效促凝剂的真空采血管和含普通促凝剂的真空试管分别采集患者标本,检测HIV抗体,评估血液高效促凝剂的效果及其对检测结果的影响。结果与含普通促凝剂的真空试管比较,血液标本凝集时间明显缩短,离心分离效果好(P<0.05),HIV抗体检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液高效促凝剂缩短凝集时间,提高工作效率,且对HIV抗体检测没有影响。

Objective Objective To evaluate the effect of blood high efficient coagulant and its effect on detection of anti-HIV antibody. Methods We collected 2,000 samples from 1000 patients with vacuum tubes containing high efficient coagulant or ordinary coagulant. Anti-HIV antibody was detected to estimate the effect of high efficient coagulant. Results Compared to the ordinary coagu- lant, agglutination time of blood was shortened obviously in the tubes containing high efficient coagulant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no ob- vious changes in anti-HIV antibody between the two types of tubes （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion With high efficient coagulant, agglutina- tion time of blood is shortened, work efficiency is improved and the detection of anti-I-IIV antibody is not changed obviously.
