尿管无引流袋引流法应用于小儿尿道下裂术后的效果观察

The curative effect of urine drainage without urine bag in children undergoing hypospadias operation

目的探讨尿道下裂术后尿管无引流袋引流法对术后恢复效果的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月在我科进行尿道成形术的尿道下裂患儿152例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各76例,对照组采用尿管末端接引流袋的传统方法,研究组采用尿管无引流袋引流的方法,比较两组患儿并发症、哭闹发生情况及住院天数。结果研究组哭闹的发生率低于对照组,住院天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿道下裂术后采用尿管无引流袋引流法,不会增加术后尿瘘、尿道狭窄等并发症的发生,且能缩短住院天数及减少患儿哭闹和增加安全感,有利于患儿术后恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of urine drainage without urine hag on postoperative recovery in children undergoing hypospadias operation. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, a total of 152 children undergoing hypospadias operation were randomly divided into control group （ n = 76） and treatment group （ n = 76 ）. The control group was traditionally treated by connecting urine bag with urinary tube. The treatment group was treated by placing the end of urinary tube within a diaper. The complications, emotional state and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of complications in the treatment group were different from those in the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of crying and days of hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Urine drainage without urine bag doesn＇t increase postoperative complications, and it can decrease the incidence of crying and shorten the hospital stay. Urine drainage without ufine bag is good for postoperative recovery in children undergoing hypospadias operation.
