摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者血清骨保护素(OPG)水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的关系。方法对120例脑梗死患者行颈动脉超声检查,按CIMT分为正常组、增厚组和斑块组,测定比较各组患者血清OPG水平。结果正常组、增厚组、斑块组的血清OPG水平分别为(910.53±170.86)pg/ml、(986.11±154.35)Pg/ml、(1327.67±158.260)pg/ml。与正常组比较,增厚组、斑块组患者血清OPG水平明显升高(P〈0.05)。增厚组与斑块组患者血清OPG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。血清OPG水平与CIMT呈正相关,多元线性回归分析显示,血清OPG为脑硬死患者CIMT增厚的危险因素。结论血清OPG可能与脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels and Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients with carotid artery ultrasound examination were divided into the normal group, the thickening group and the plaque group according to CIMT. The clinical data and the relevant results of the study were collected,and the levels of serum OPG were measured. Results The levels of serum OPG were respectively(910.53 ± 170.86) pg/ml, (986.11 ± 154.35 ) pg,/ml, ( 1 327.67 ± 158.26) pg/ml in the normal group, the thickening group and the plaque group. Compared with the normal group, the serum OPG level of the patients in the thickening group was increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the serum OPG level was significantly higher in the plaque group( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum OPG levels in patients with the thickening and plaque group were significantly different(P 〈0.05). Serum OPG levels was positively correlated with CIMT, and multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum OPG was a risk factor of CIMT in patients with cerebral infarction. Conclusion Serum OPG may be related to the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
