摘要
考虑耕地的耕作状态、投入状况及产出情况构建耕地集约利用预警指标体系,基于熵权可拓模型测算了陕西省2001-2012年的耕地集约利用预警等级,依据障碍因素诊断模型诊断了耕地集约利用预警等级的障碍因素。结果表明,陕西省耕地集约利用预警等级整体较低,呈波动的变化趋势;灌溉系数、单位播种面积粮食单产等是集约利用预警等级的主要障碍因子,陕西省耕地集约利用分类障碍因子中集约利用投入情况障碍度>集约利用产出情况障碍度>耕地耕作状态障碍度。
Considering the factors about cultivation state, input and output, an index system of cultivated land intensive use pre-warning was established, the cultivated land intensive use pre-warning value of Shaanxi province in recent 12 years (2001-2012) was analyzed based on entropy weight and extension theory, and its obstacle factors that affect the cultivated land intensive use pre-warning value were diagnosed using obstacle degree. The results showed that, cultivated land intensive use pre-warning value in Shaanxi province was low, and the trends was fluctuations. Irrigation coefficient and gain yield per hectare(sown area) were the main obstacle factors that affect the cultivated land intensive use pre-warning value. And the order of the obstacle factors on cultivated land intensive use pre-warning was input 〉 output 〉 cultivation state.
