摘要 采用不同提取技术(超临界CO_2萃取、超临界CO_2含夹带剂乙醇萃取和水蒸气蒸馏萃取)对烟末进行提取,研究所得3种烟草提取物在不同温度(50、100、200、300、600、900℃)下的裂解行为,用气相色谱-质谱法测定烟末提取物中致香成分的释放量。结果表明,不同提取技术和不同裂解温度直接影响裂解产物的类型和相对含量;3种烟草提取物的裂解产物种类随热裂解温度的升高而增加;在相同的热裂解温度下,3种烟草提取物的热裂解产物类型存在差异;采用含有乙醇为夹带剂的超临界CO_2萃取技术提取出的产物不仅种类多,而且在低温下也更易于挥发,适用于电子烟烟液中香精香料的调配需要。 Study of pyrolysis behavior on the extraction from tobacco powder by different extraction techniques (supercritieal CO2 extraction, supercritieal CO2 extraction with the entrainer of ethanol and steam distillation extraction) were investigated by using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) at different pyrolysis temperature (50,100,200,300,600 and 900 ℃ ). Results indicated that different extraction techniques and different pyrolysis temperatures directly influenced on the type and relative contents of the pyrolysis products. The kinds of pyrolysate from three different tobacco extracts were positively related to the pyrolysis temperature. On the other hand,there were many differences between the kinds of pyrolysate from tobacco extracts at the same pyrolysis temperature. The extracts from tobacco powder by supercritical CO2 extraction with the entrainer of ethanol were not only variety,but also more volatile in the low temperature,which suitable for deployment of electronic cigarette liquid.
