摘要
采用响应面法优化山麦冬[Liriope spicata(Thunb.)Lour.]多糖超声波辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计研究超声时间、液料比和超声功率3个因素对山麦冬多糖提取得率的影响,得出的最佳提取条件为超声时间40 min,液料比31∶1(m L∶g),超声功率360 W,在此条件下山麦冬多糖的提取率为4.33%。
Response surface analysis was employed to optimize some process parameters for the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour. Based on single factor experiments,using Box-Behnken design experi- ment,the most critical factors affecting the extraction of polysaccharides from Liriope spicata(Thunb.) Lout. were determined to be ultrasound time, liquid ratio,ultrasonic power. The optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour. were extraction time 40 min,liquid ratio 31:1(mL:g),uhrasonic power 360W. Under these conditions, polysaccharide extraction rate was up to 4.33%.
