基于生态位适宜度模型的农村居民点整理分区研究——以江西省崇义县为例

Rural Settlement Consolidation Zoning Based on Niche-Fitness Model——A Case Study of Chongyi County

农村居民点整理是新农村建设的重要内容。农村居民点整理分区研究对于农村居民点的整理具有重要的指导意义。以江西省崇义县为研究对象,通过引入生态位的理论与方法,对崇义县各个乡镇的生态位适宜度进行评价并划分生态位适宜度等级,同时测算了规划潜力大小并分级,在此基础上将生态位适宜度与整理潜力进行叠加分析,将整理区划分为3类,即高度适宜区、中度适宜区和低度适宜区,高度适宜区主要分布在崇义县中部和东部,包括横水镇、龙勾乡、铅厂镇、扬眉镇、金坑乡和关田镇;中度适宜区主要分布在崇义县西部,包括思顺乡、上堡乡、文英乡和聂都乡;低度适宜区主要分布在由东北至西南的一个条带上,包括丰州乡、长龙镇、麟潭乡、杰坝乡、过埠镇和乐洞乡。该研究结果可为崇义县农村居民点整理提供一定的参考依据。

Rural settlement consolidation is an important element of new countryside construction. In rural settlement consoli- dation, it is of tremendous practical significance to research on rural settlement consolidation zoning. This paper selected Chongyi county in Jiangxi province as the research area, evaluated and divided niche-fitness level in every town after fully considering the actual local situation through introducing the theory and methodology of niche-fitness model. Meanwhile, the paper calculated the planning potential value and graded correspondingly. On the basis of this, comprehensive zoning was achieved by overlay analysis with the combination of niche-fitness and land consolidation potential. The results showed that land consolidation area was divided into three levels of high-level suitable zone, moderate-level suitable zone and low-level suitable zone. The high-level suitable zone was located in the middle and eastern part of Chongyi county, including Hengshui town, Longgou town, Qianchang town, Yangmei town, Jinkeng town and Guantian town. The moderate-level suitable zone was located in the western part of the county, including Sishun town, Shangpu town, Wenying town and Niedu town. The low-level suitable zone was located in a strip from the northeast and southwest in the county, including Fengzhou town, Changlong town, Lintan town, Jieba town, Guobu town and Ledong town. The research results can provide effective reference for rural residential land consolidation in Chongyi county.
