长吻鮠血液生理生化指标的研究

Study on Physiological and Biochemical Index of Blood in Leiocassis longirostris

试验以长吻鎨(Leiocassis longirostris)为试验对象,对其血液的生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明,长吻鎨血液红细胞数为(2.29±0.53)×1012个/L,白细胞数为(1.51±0.27)×1010个/L;血红蛋白含量为(8.26±1.00)g/d L;渗透脆性测定中,开始溶血氯化钠浓度为(0.41±0.02)%,完全溶血氯化钠浓度为(0.32±0.03)%;血清中血糖浓度为(5.56±2.41)mmol/L;总胆固醇含量为(4.22±1.10)mmol/L;甘油三酯含量为(2.65±1.95)mmol/L;乳酸脱氢酶活性为(4 022.37±604.71)U/L;碱性磷酸酶活性为(7.66±2.98)U/L;酸性磷酸酶活性为(13.25±2.24)U/L;谷草转氨酶活性为(106.30±22.84)U/L;谷丙转氨酶活性为(42.53±20.26)U/L;肌酐含量为(22.18±9.16)μmol/L。

The research was aimed to determine the physiological and biochemical index of blood in Leiocassis longirostris.The results showed that the RBC number in the blood of Leiocassis longirostris was 2.29±0.53×1012cell / L,while WBC number was 1.51±0.27×1010cell / L. The HB content was 8.26±1.00 g / d L. The Osmotic fragility test of RBC showed that the concentration of Na Cl was 0.41 ±0.02% when RBCs started to hemolyze,and the concentration of Na Cl was 0.32 ±0.03% when RBCs hemolyzed completely. The content of the blood sugar,cholesterol and triglyceride in serum was 5.56±2.41 mmol / L,4.22±1.10 mmol / L and 2.65±1.95 mmol / L, respectively. The activity of LDH,AKP,ACP,GOT and GPT was 4022.37±604.71 U / L,7.66±2.98 U / L,13.25±2.24 U / L,106.30±22.84 U / L;and 42.53±20.26 U / L,respectively. The content of Cr was 22.18±9.16 μmol / L.
