摘要
为优化微波辅助酶法提取白花蛇舌草(Hedyotis diffusa)总黄酮工艺,在单因素试验基础上,应用中心组合设计,采用二次多项式逐步回归分析方法对提取工艺条件进行了优化,确定微波辅助酶法提取白花蛇舌草总黄酮工艺最佳条件为酶解时间1.5 h、酶解温度45℃、酶用量1.4%、p H 5.5,按此工艺条件进行验证,白花蛇舌草总黄酮提取率可达4.42%。
Microwave-assisted enzymetic extraction of total flavonoids in Hedyotis diffusa Willd. was studied by using single factor experiment and central composite design combining quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis. It was concluded that the optimal conditions of extraction were : enzymolysis time 1.5 h,enzymolysis temperature 45 ℃,enzyme dosage 1.4% and p H 5.5. Under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids in Hedyotis diffusa Willd was up to 4.42%.
