Discussion on Poverty Alleviation Mechanisms of Agricultural Technology in Sichuan under the New Situation

以四川省为例,结合该省农业科技扶贫的现状,提出了新形势下四川农业科技扶贫机制的总体框架,并针对农业科技扶贫管理机制、合作机制、激励机制、投入机制以及评价机制提出了相关建议。

Taking Sichuan province as an example, combined with status of agricultural technology-oriented poverty alleviation in Sichuan, a general framework for mechanisms of agricultural technology-oriented poverty alleviation of Sichuan was pro-posed, and relevant suggestions for the management mechanism, cooperation mechanism, incentive mechanism, investment mechanism and evaluation mechanism of agricultural technology-oriented poverty alleviation in Sichuan were put forward.
