摘要
我国图书馆行业长期缺乏职业准入门槛,高职院校图书馆由于规模较小、办学层次低的特点而放大了队伍建设对办馆水平的不利影响。高职院校图书馆馆长的观念对建立职业准入有着重要的影响,本文通过对高职院校图书馆馆长的调查,在国内首次揭示了高职院校图书馆职业化的状况和发展途径。调查表明馆长中有半数为行政轮岗被动进入并且在馆时间短,待遇是他们留在图书馆的重要因素。目前图书馆学背景在工作中作用不明显,需要改进图书馆学教育。馆长们认同图书馆工作需要以图书馆学知识为基础的复合型人才、超过半数的馆长认为需要设立职业门槛。推动职业化有许多有利和不利的因素,高职院校图书馆行业在推进职业化的过程中既要考虑现实的可行性也要锁定未来发展方向,更需要通过具体细节一点点地进步,避免裹足不前。
There is no library profession threshold in China. Technical and junior college libraries which are small-sized and underdeveloped magnify the negative effects of the current situation of human resources. The viewpoints of library directors in technical and junior college libraries are critical to the professionalization. The survey towards the directors reveals the situa- tion of professionalization and future paths for the first time, which shows that half of the directors are rotated to libraries and stay for a short period while the positional bonus and political deal is a key factor for them. The background of library and in- formation science education makes little difference,which suggests the LIS education should be renovated. The directors ac- knowledge that the college libraries need inter-disciplinary talents and need a profession threshold. There are some advanta- ges and disadvantages in the process of professionalization, thus the college library society should pay attention to both reality and objectives ahead. Step-by-step progress in every possible detail is especially important to avoiding stagnancy.
