不同番茄品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病抗病性分析与筛选研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】通过不同番茄品种设施栽培下抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus,TY)抗病性、植株生物学、果实品质和产量的分析与筛选,为南疆地区适宜的秋延茬番茄品种选择提供一定的参考依据。【方法】于2013年在喀什地区,对引进的国内外抗TY番茄品种进行番茄黄化曲叶病毒病发生情况的调查和取样鉴定。同时,对植物和果实的其它生物学性状也进行比较研究。【结果】在抗病性方面,供试的12个番茄品种中除了欧亚多、迪欧和天马54外,其他品种均对TY有很高的的抗性;产量方面,参试的品种产量最高的是班特11 018.0 kg/667 m2,其次为奥力奥10 816.4 kg/667 m2;在品质方面,VC含量最高的品种是抗TY番茄、班特、奥力奥,欧亚多和抗TY番茄含糖量最高;生物学方面,长势较好的品种有抗TY番茄、奥力奥、班特和新达利。【结论】抗病品种大卫、班特虽然抗性好、产量高,但果肉带黄色,品质较差;欧诺虽然抗性最好、产量高,但灰霉病、脐腐病很严重,果实大小不均;欧瑞斯、奥力奥、新达利为综合性状好的推广品种。 [ Objective ] The study focuses on Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) disease resistance analysis and screening of tomato and comparison of fruit shape, agronomic traits and the difference between the yield and disease resistance in order to provide a reference basis for the selection of suitable varieties for local autumn tomato planting. [ Method ] In this study, the tomato yellow leaf curl virus diseases in Kashi area were investigated and sample identification in 2012. At the same time, the other biological characters of plants and fruits were compared and studied. [ Result ] The result showed that Oyaduo, Dio and Tianma 54were sensitive to the disease infection among the 12 tomato varieties. The highest yield was Teban with 11, 018.0 kg/667m2, followed by Oreo 10,816.4 kg/667m^2. The highest content of Vc varieties was the resist- ance of TY, Bant and Oreo. The highest sugar content of tomato is Oreo and resistance of TY. Resistance of TY, Oreo and Xindali had the better growth. [ Conclusion] David and Bant have good resistance to the disea- ses with high yield, but the fruit is yellow and with inferior quality. Onuo has the best resistance and high yield, but gray mold, umbilical rot is very serious and fruit size is not uniform. Oris, Oreo and Xindal are the varieties with comprehensive traits of good promotion varieties.
