摘要
【目的】研究菌酶共降解棉秸秆工艺,为菌酶混合棉秸秆固体发酵的研究提供相应的工艺参数和理论依据。【方法】根据羧甲基纤维素酶活和滤纸酶活确定最佳混菌组,采用正交试验,研究不同混菌组、酶制剂、含水量对NDF含量、ADF含量、纤维素含量、纤维素降解率的影响,并且通过感官评价、p H值及干物质含量确定发酵棉秆品质。【结果】发酵最优条件为A1B2C2,即混菌组为Lp+∶TH14∶295∶BS-2=1∶1∶1∶1,酶活为15 000 U/g,加水量为50%。最优发酵条件下,NDF含量降低4.61%,ADF含量降低8.01%,纤维素含量降低10.74%,纤维素降解率达25.62%,p H值为4.21,干物质含量为54.2%,棉秆品质为优等。【结论】菌酶混合发酵棉秸秆提高棉秆品质的最佳条件。
[ Objective ] The co - degradation technology of cotton stalk by microorganism and enzyme will be studied. [ Method ] eeording to the carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme activity and filter paper enzyme activity, the best mixed bacterium group was determined and by orthogonal experiment, the different mixed bacteria group, enzyme preparation, contents of moisture content of NDF, ADF, cellulose, cellulose degradation rate and the effect were observed and through the sensory evaluation, pH value and dry matter content, the fermentation quality of cotton was determined. [ Result ] The results showed that the fermentation conditions was as follows (g/L) : mixed bacterium group for Lp + : TH14 : 295 : BS - 2 = 1 : 1 : 1 : 1, the enzyme activity of 15 000 U/g, water content of 50%. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the NDF content was reduced by 4.61%, ADF content was reduced by 8.01%, cellulose content was reduced by 10.74%, cellulose degradation rate was 25.62%, and the pH value was 4.21, dry matter content was 54.2%, the cotton quality was superior. [ Conclusion] This experiment determined the best conditions to increase the quality of cotton, and the results can be used as technical parameters and theoretic basis for decreasing the degradation rate with mixture microorganism and enzyme strain on cotton stalks.
