煤粉在平面火焰携带流反应系统中着火延迟特性试验 被引量:2

Experimental study on ignition delay characteristics of pulverized coal in flat flame entrained flow reactor system

摘要 采用自行搭建的可实现高温(1 750K)高加热速率(10^5~10^6 K/s)的平面火焰携带流反应系统试验平台进行煤粉的着火延迟试验研究。通过图像采集系统获得了煤粉燃烧瞬时图像,并通过对煤粉燃烧瞬时图像的后期处理获取煤粉的发光强度随时间变化的趋势,以及不同煤粉着火延迟时间。结果表明,各种煤粉的发光强度曲线有类似的趋势,每条曲线都存在一个光强的极大值,其中兴义(XY)电厂无烟煤着火延迟时间最短,鸭溪2号煤(YX2)着火延迟时间最长,该结果可为锅炉煤粉燃烧器的设计提供参考。 On a self-built flat flame entrained flow reactor system experimental apparatus,which the temperature can reach 1 750 Kand the heat rate can reach 10^5 to 10^6 K/s,experimental study on ignition delay performance of pulverized coal was carried out.Through image acquisition system,the instantaneous image of pulverized coal combustion was obtained,and the variations of the luminous intensity of the pulverized coal were obtained from post processing of the instantaneous images.The results show that,the luminous intensity curves of all kinds of pulverized coal had similar trends,and there was a maximum value of light intensity in each curve.The XINYI(XY)coal had the shortest ignition delay time while the YAXI2(YX2)coal had the longest.This experimental result can provide references for burner design in pulverized coal boilers.
