燃氢燃气轮机燃烧室结构改进 被引量:9

摘要 以燃用天然气的燃气轮机燃烧室作为基础,通过对比天然气和氢气的物理性质差异,采用热力学设计计算方法,对环管型燃气轮机燃用氢气后的燃烧室结构进行了改进,提出了将燃气轮机燃烧室的腔体长度、扩压器长度、火焰管直径和火焰管长度等结构尺寸变为燃用天然气时的1.414倍,燃烧室的最大横截面积变为原来的2倍,主燃孔、补燃孔等到旋流器的距离变为燃用天然气时的1.414倍。验证结果表明:改变燃烧工质对燃烧室内不同结构的影响程度不同,为达到最佳燃烧工况和燃烧效率,燃烧室不同结构处的改进程度需协调解决。 By comparing the physical properties of natural gas and hydrogen gas,the combustion chamber structure of ring tube type gas turbine was improved after the gas turbine firing hydrogen instead of natural gas,through thermodynamic design calculation methods.It suggests that such structural parameters as the cavity length,the diffuser's length,the flame tube diameter and length of the combustor should be changed to 1.414 times of that in the raw combustor when burning natural gas.The maximum cross-sectional area of the combustion chamber should be changed into 2times of its original value.The distance from the primary holes and fill holes to the cyclone should be changed into 1.414 times of the original value.The results show that,changing the fuel has different influences on the combustor's structure.To realize the optimal working condition and combustion efficiency,the degree of the improvements for the combustion chamber's different structures should be coordinated.
