干细胞在中枢神经系统疾病修复中的机制及应用价值

Mechanism and applied values of neural stem cells in repair of central nevous system diseases

摘要 神经干细胞是存在于中枢神经系统,具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的细胞,其在中枢神经系统疾病的修复有着广阔的应用前景.本文就近几年国内外针对神经干细胞的相关研究及文章进行总结,在基础研究方面,干细胞的特性、取材、定向诱导分化、移植以及神经功能修复功能已有很多突破,随着国内对干细胞应用前景的关注,越来越多的重大基础研究项目正逐步展开;在临床研究方面,由于费用、市场规范化等多方面原因,国内研究相对滞后于国外.但是,随着国内对于神经干细胞兴趣及研究不断深入,干细胞的治疗的临床转化及推广将有更进一步突破。 Neural stem cells,which exist in the central nervous system,have the ability of selfrenewal and the potential of multi differentiation.They have broad application prospects in the repair of central nervous system diseases.In this text,the researches and articles about neural stem cells from both at home and abroad in the past few years are summarized.In the field of basic researches,many breakthroughs have been made,such as the characteristics of stem cells,drawing and directional induction differentiation,transplantation and nerve repair functions.With the increasing intention at home on the stem cells application prospect,more and more major basic research project is gradually expanded.In the aspect of clinical studies,due to the cost,market standardization and other causes of many aspects,so in many aspects,domestic research relatively lags in other foreign countries.However,with the development of neural stem cells interest and research in China,a further breakthrough of the clinical transformation and promotion of stem cells therapy will be made.
